At Eatzap, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying food delivery experience.
However, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Order was cancelled by the restaurant or delivery partner
- Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed
- Incorrect, incomplete, or damaged items delivered
- Order not delivered within a reasonable time due to system or partner failure
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the user
- Delay caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes)
- Quality or taste preferences
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
5–7 business days. Wallet or promotional credits may be refunded as app credits.
